We strive for your satisfaction with your purchase and hope that you love it as much as we loved sourcing it for you.

Vintage items have been used and may exhibit minor defects, signs of former wear and natural markings. All imperfections are described in the item’s description and we do our best to ensure all flaws are not overlooked.

Upon Receipt of Your Order

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. If any items arrive damaged or broken during shipping, notify us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the affected items so that we can assist you with a return or replacement.

7 Days to Return

If your item is damaged or does not match the description, you are entitled to make a claim within 7 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging and have all original tags attached.

Returns and Exchanges

Once we have received your returned item safely and confirmed it is in good condition, we will be happy to offer a replacement of equal value.

Please note that delivery fees are non-refundable for all returns and exchanges.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where an item is confirmed by our team to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
